• THE SHARP EDGE OF AI
Corporate AI Communications.
Frontier AI changes how organisations build, how governments respond, and how the public feels about technology. The story around that work cannot be treated as an afterthought.
• CONTEXT
This service is for teams working where safety, regulation, and public understanding all matter — AI labs, policy organisations, and companies deploying powerful models into real workflows.
The goal is simple: design communications that are clear, credible, and genuinely useful to the audiences who will decide whether your work is trusted.
• WHAT I HELP YOU DO
Key capabilities and strategic support

Clarify Your Narrative
Articulate why your AI work exists, what risks you take seriously, and how your approach fits into the broader governance and economic landscape.

Design Clear Artifacts
Turn complex safety frameworks, risk reports, governance policies, and launch plans into press materials, briefings, blogs, and explainers that hold up under scrutiny.

Navigate India’s AI Context
Shape messaging that acknowledges IndiaAI Mission, MeitY’s governance guidelines, and local regulatory debates – without drowning your story in jargon.

Prepare for Scrutiny
Build communications plans for the moments that matter most – safety announcements, policy changes, high-stakes launches, or public concern about AI systems.

• ENGAGEMENTS
Three examples of how this service works in practice
Frontier AI Lab
A frontier AI lab releasing a new safety framework and risk report alongside expansion into India. Leadership wanted to demonstrate serious governance.
What we did
Defined the core narrative around safety commitments, evaluation practices, and incident-reporting. Designed external artifacts — press release, briefing pack for journalists, explainer for policymakers. Prepared spokespeople with talking points and Q&A for media and regulator briefings.
Outcome
Launch framed the lab as serious about safety, with coverage focusing on commitments and substance rather than fear or ungrounded optimism.
Policy Team / Think Tank
A policy research organisation produced a detailed report on frontier AI risks and India’s AI Governance Guidelines. Needed to reach beyond legal specialists into industry, media, and government.
What we did
Translated dense analysis into accessible artifacts — executive summary, FAQ, slide deck, web copy. Crafted messaging for different audiences — senior bureaucrats, industry associations, civil society, journalists. Designed a launch campaign — event comms, op-ed outline, briefing note for ministries.
Outcome
Higher engagement — invitations to governance forums, citations in industry briefings, better understanding among non-specialist leaders.
Mid-Size CTO / Frontier Deployment
A mid-size Indian company rolled out foundation models into customer support and decision workflows. CTO needed to explain the change to staff, boards, and regulators without minimising risk or causing panic.
What we did
Mapped the AI deployment story — workflows changed, human-in-the-loop controls, incident handling. Created internal and external messaging — staff FAQs, board briefings, customer explainers, AI risk management statement. Built an issues-management playbook — who speaks when something goes wrong, what they say first.
Outcome
Smoother internal adoption, clearer customer expectations, stronger posture with investors and regulators.
• THE PROCESS
A structured path from assessment to rollout
01.
Assess
Understand your current narrative, key artifacts, audiences, and where communications risk or ambiguity already exists.
02.
Design
Co-create the story, artifacts, and strategy — what you want to say, to whom, through which channels, and in which sequence.
03.
Enable
Help your team put the plan into practice — drafting, editing, coaching spokespeople, and refining materials based on real reactions.
• WHO THIS IS FOR
Designed for high-consequence AI narratives
Research & Safety Labs
AI safety and research organisations who need external artifacts that stand up to expert, regulatory, and public scrutiny without dilution.
Policy & Think Tanks
Policy teams and think tanks working on AI governance who want their research, reports, and proposals to be legible and useful to non-specialists.
Indian Builders & Enterprises
Indian organisations deploying powerful models who need clear, honest communication with customers, local regulators, and internal staff.
