• AISFM • INSTITUTIONAL STORYTELLING
Making a studio-based education proposition clear, distinctive, and compelling.
At AISFM, I managed institutional communications and digital storytelling for a film and media school operating within a working studio environment.
The school’s offering was inherently distinctive: students did not only study film and media; they learned in a setting connected to real production, creative practice, and industry professionals. My role was to translate that experience into a coherent institutional narrative for prospective students, current students, families, collaborators, and wider audiences.

Mapping the Coherent Educational Ecosystem

• THE CHALLENGE
Articulating spatial distinction without cliché
A distinctive educational environment does not automatically translate into a clear value proposition. The communications challenge was to articulate why learning within a studio ecosystem mattered—without reducing the institution to facilities alone or relying on generic claims about creativity, exposure, and industry access.
• THE APPROACH
Connecting academia directly to active practice
I developed communications that connected AISFM’s academic offering with its real-world production context. The work positioned the school as a place where formal learning, creative practice, and professional exposure came together. Across admissions, student engagement, and institutional communications, I helped maintain one coherent story: students learned not beside the industry, but in close proximity to how it works.
