who I am.
I’m an AI enablement consultant who works at the intersection of brand, UX, and systems—helping organisations move from AI pilots to AI-ready operating models.
For 16+ years, I’ve worked across publishing, education, tech, and mission-led organizations, translating complex ideas into narratives, journeys, and systems people can actually use.
my journey so far.
I began in publishing and research, editing books, working with academics, and learning how to make dense, complex material clearer without flattening its meaning. At organisations like Cambridge University Press and Macmillan India, I learned that strong brands are built as much through precision and trust as through visibility.
Later, I moved into digital marketing, editorial strategy, and communications across technology and SaaS. My work has included leading brand, content, and communications initiatives for Microsoft, Monocept, ISB Insight, ELMS, AISFM/Annapurna Studios, Cambridge University Press, and Macmillan India—often bridging leadership, product, and marketing.
That work gradually evolved into systems work: shaping narrative systems, editorial operations, UX flows, and AI‑enabled workflows. Over time, I added AI coding, UX/UI thinking, and workflow design, which means I now work across both message and mechanism as an AI enablement consultant.
Today, as an AI enablement consultant, I partner independently with teams that need a senior thinker‑maker who can connect brand, UX, and AI in practical ways.
